1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DomainsDisplay.com (the "Site") or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our Site or services.

2. Description of Service

DomainsDisplay.com provides domain brokerage and marketplace services, including the listing, negotiation, and facilitation of domain name transfers. We act as an intermediary or owner of the digital assets listed.

3. Domain Purchase Process

All transactions are final.

Once a price is agreed upon, the transaction must be processed through a mutually agreed-upon escrow service (typically Escrow.com). The buyer is responsible for escrow fees unless otherwise negotiated.

4. Domain Transfer

Upon confirmation of funding by the escrow service, we will provide the necessary authorization (EPP code) or initiate a push to the buyer's registrar account. The buyer is responsible for maintaining a valid account at a domain registrar.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the unique nature of digital assets, all domain sales are final. Once a domain transfer has been initiated or the authorization code has been provided, no refunds will be issued.

6. Limitation of Liability

DomainsDisplay.com and Hafid Baslam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of business or profits.
